1. Acceptance
By visiting dallasleaddesk.com, buying credits, or running any AI tool we offer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What the service is
Dallas Lead Desk is a pay-as-you-go AI tools service for small businesses in the Dallas / Fort Worth area — tattoo studios, nail salons + aestheticians, non-corporate restaurants and bars, hair salons, and solo entrepreneurs. The service:
- Creates an account when you buy your first credit pack. Your email is your identity. There is no free trial and no anonymous use.
- Sells "credits" in one-time packs (currently 5 for $25, 10 for $45, 20 for $80).
- Runs a catalog of AI-generated tools against credits you've purchased — for example: review-response drafting, customer inquiry replies, local competitor scans (with live Google data), GBP post packs, GBP profile audits, professional quote drafting, multi-channel promo packs, client intake form building, job postings + screening questions, and customer winback messages.
- For several of those tools, fetches live data from the Google Places API at the moment you spend a credit (your real competitors, your real Google Business Profile, your real ratings).
- Delivers outputs to your dashboard and by email.
It is not a CRM, an autoresponder, an outbound marketing tool, or a sales-automation platform. We do not send any messages on your behalf to your customers.
3. Your account
An account is tied to a single business email address. You're responsible for keeping that email secure; anyone who can read mail from that address can typically also sign in. If your email is compromised, contact us at contact@dallasleaddesk.com to lock the account.
One business owns the account. You can invite team members in the future once that feature ships, but until then, sharing your sign-in link with a teammate is fine and is treated as use by your business.
4. Credits, packs, and pricing
Credits are the currency of the service. Pricing as of the Last updated date above:
- Starter pack — 5 credits for $25 ($5.00 per credit).
- Operator pack — 10 credits for $45 ($4.50 per credit).
- Pro pack — 20 credits for $80 ($4.00 per credit).
Most tool runs use one credit; the two deepest tools (Local Competitor Snapshot and GBP Profile Audit) use two. The credit cost is shown before you run. Credits expire 60 days after the date of purchase. When you run a tool we always spend your soonest-expiring credits first. Expired credits are forfeited and are not refundable. Your current balance and soonest expiry date are shown in your dashboard. Promotional or courtesy credits may carry a different window, which we will state when they are granted.
Pricing is subject to change with at least thirty days' notice. Credits already purchased keep the same usage value (one credit equals one standard tool run) regardless of subsequent price changes.
5. Payments and refunds
Credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. By buying a pack, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed total, in US dollars, to the payment method you provide.
Refunds:
- Unused credits — if you have purchased a pack and not used any credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@dallasleaddesk.com.
- Partially used packs — we do not refund partially used packs, but we will work with you in good faith if a tool output was substantially defective.
- Defective tool runs — if a tool run fails to deliver a usable output (for example, the AI returned an empty or unusable result), we will re-credit the run at no charge.
6. AI output disclaimer
Outputs are general business content generated by third-party AI models, which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. Some tools also incorporate live Google Places data, which may itself be incomplete or out of date. Outputs are suggestions only and are not legal, regulatory, compliance, licensing, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Dallas Lead Desk does not review your outputs for compliance with any law, regulation, license, permit, certification, or industry requirement, and does not represent that any output meets them. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every output before you publish it, send it to a customer, or otherwise rely on it — especially anything customer-facing (review responses, social posts, ad copy, reply drafts, job postings) or anything affecting business decisions (competitor analysis, pricing, audits). Any intake, acknowledgment, consent, waiver, contract, or policy language is a starting template only, not a legal document; have your own Texas-licensed attorney review and tailor it to the rules that apply to your business before you use it with customers.
7. Your inputs and outputs
You retain all ownership of the information you submit and the outputs generated from your submissions. By submitting a tool run, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to (a) process your inputs through our third-party AI provider and, for the eight live-data tools, the Google Places API, as necessary to fulfill the run, (b) store both the inputs and outputs against your account for your future reference, and (c) review them for support and quality purposes. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models or sell them to anyone.
8. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information you submit (e.g. that you have the right to share information about your customers or competitors).
- You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it, sending it to a customer, or otherwise relying on it.
- You are solely responsible for determining and meeting every licensing, permit, certification, registration, and regulatory requirement that applies to your business and trade — including, without limitation, advertising rules, alcohol sales and service, cosmetology and barbering, body art, health and sanitation, and employment requirements. Dallas Lead Desk does not provide, and does not purport to provide, legal, regulatory, compliance, or licensing advice, and does not add or verify any such requirement in your outputs.
- You are responsible for any consent, waiver, disclosure, contract, or policy language your business uses. Outputs that resemble such language are general templates, not legal documents.
- You are responsible for keeping the email address tied to your account secure.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dallas Lead Desk to:
- Generate content intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate a real person or business.
- Produce material that violates applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates a competitor's terms of service (e.g. mass-scraping their website).
- Generate spam, cold-outbound, or unsolicited customer outreach you wouldn't be willing to send personally.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overwhelm the platform.
We may pause or terminate service if we believe this section has been violated.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to deliver useful outputs quickly and accurately, but we don't guarantee uptime, response times, or that any particular output will be free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. AI outputs are suggestions; you are responsible for what you do with them. We make no representation or warranty that any output complies with, or will help you comply with, any law, regulation, license, or industry requirement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dallas Lead Desk's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dallas Lead Desk from any claim, loss, fine, or liability arising out of content you submit, generate, publish, send, or rely on, or out of your failure to meet a law, regulation, license, permit, or certification requirement that applies to your business.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account is being used in a way that materially threatens the service, or if we cease to offer the service. If we terminate your account for a reason that is not your fault (for example, we discontinue the service), we will refund any unused credits.
13. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify you by email and post the updated version here with a new Last updated date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation will be brought in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
