1. Who we are
"Dallas Lead Desk" (also referred to as we, us, or our) is a sole operator service based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, Texas, offering pay-as-you-go AI tools — review responses, competitor scans, promo packs, customer reply drafts, and more — for local small businesses. The website is dallasleaddesk.com. Contact: contact@dallasleaddesk.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you buy a credit pack, we receive your email address from Stripe (and a Stripe customer ID and order metadata — amount, currency, last 4 of card, country — but never the full card number).
When you complete your business profile inside the dashboard, we collect: business name, category (tattoo, nail salon, restaurant, bar, etc.), street address, ZIP, optional phone, and a free-text "business context" describing your services, tone, and constraints. This profile is reused by every tool run.
When you submit an AI tool run, we receive whatever you put into the per-run input fields (a pasted review, a customer inquiry, a promo description, a job's must-haves, etc.). Outputs generated for you are stored against your account so you can return to them.
If you email us at contact@dallasleaddesk.com, we receive the email content and metadata (subject, sender address, timestamps, any attachments).
2.1.5 Data fetched on your behalf during a tool run
Several tools (for example: Local competitor snapshot, GBP profile audit, Local visibility plan, and other visibility tools) issue a request to the Google Places API in real time when you run them, fetching public business listings (your competitors' or your own) by category and location near you. The data returned is included in your tool's input to the AI model so the output references real local businesses by name, rating, and review themes. We cache this fetched data for up to 30 days to stay inside Google's free tier and to avoid repeated identical calls.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request metadata: IP address, user-agent string, request timestamp, requested URL, and HTTP referrer. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention.
We also load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XJ4XT99FT7) on every page. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to collect anonymized device, browser, and behavioral signals. See section 4.
2.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not store payment card details. Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe; we receive only the order metadata Stripe returns (amount, currency, the last 4 digits of the card, country, and a Stripe customer ID).
- We do not auto-fetch from your customer inboxes, social accounts, CRMs, or accounting tools. Information about your customers reaches us only when you put it into a tool request.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers or remarketing pixels.
3. Why we collect it
- Running the service. To create your account, deliver the AI tool outputs you request, track your credit balance, and communicate with you about your account and orders.
- Improving outputs. Your tool inputs and outputs may be reviewed (always by a person you've consented to interact with) to fix bugs and improve future tool runs for your account.
- Service operation. To detect abuse, prevent spam submissions, and protect site availability.
- Improving the site. Aggregated analytics signal what content is useful and what isn't, so the site can be made clearer over time.
4. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 uses first-party cookies (typically prefixed _ga) to distinguish unique sessions and devices. We rely on Google's default IP anonymization. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally or to retarget you with ads.
You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies for this domain in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
We also keep a simple first-party counter of page views: when a page loads, we increment an aggregate count for that page and the date. This counter uses no cookies and stores no personal data — it is a per-day, per-page tally only, with no per-visitor records, and it never logs sign-in links or account pages. It cannot be used to identify you.
5. How long we keep it
- Account records and credit balances: retained for the lifetime of your account. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your record and any unused credits are forfeited.
- Tool inputs and outputs: retained against your account so you can refer back to them. Deletable on request (see section 7).
- Order records: retained for ordinary tax and accounting purposes for at least seven years.
- Email correspondence: retained in our inbox for ordinary business records purposes.
- Server access logs: per Cloudflare's standard retention window.
- Google Analytics data: per the retention setting configured in Google Analytics (default: 14 months).
6. Who we share it with
We share information with the following service providers, only to the extent required for them to perform their role:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the website, the Worker that handles form submissions, and the database that stores accounts, credit balances, and tool runs. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy terms.
- Stripe, Inc. — processes credit-pack purchases. Card details are entered into Stripe's hosted checkout and are not seen by us. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
- Third-party AI model provider — every tool run sends your business profile and your per-run input to a third-party AI provider's API (a higher-reasoning model for the analysis tools, a faster model for the copywriting tools) to generate the deliverable returned to you. Subject to that provider's data-use terms.
- Google LLC (Google Places API and Google Analytics) — the eight live-data tools call Google Places API in real time when you spend a credit, to fetch public business listings, ratings, and reviews near you. Google Analytics 4 receives anonymized site-analytics signals as described in section 4. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your tool inputs, outputs, or correspondence with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have on file about you or your business.
- Correct any inaccurate information.
- Delete your account, your tool runs, or any related correspondence.
- Opt out of further communication.
Email contact@dallasleaddesk.com from the email address on file. We aim to respond within seven days.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS exclusively. Account records, credit balances, and tool runs are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database with access scoped to the operating account. Payment processing happens entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout, so card data never touches our servers. We use strong, rotated credentials for the underlying infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, however — if you have reason to believe your account or a tool run was compromised, please contact us immediately.
9. Children
Dallas Lead Desk is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the Last updated date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be summarized in an email to active accounts.
